My Story
La Fortuna Design and Remodeling was created by Kelly Steele. Kelly was born and raised in Southern California and relocated to the San Antonio Hill Country in 2003 and back to sunny San Diego in 2012. Her formal education includes a degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of California and she received her Interior Design degree from the FIDER-accredited Design Institute of San Diego. She is also an active Allied Member of ASID (American Society of Interior Designers). Kelly has been involved in the design, construction and building industries since 1996 and her experience includes various areas within the industry. Kelly LOVES Scentsy and has at least one Scentsy warmer or plug in in EVERY room!
